It supports single Gym-style chain of rowing action. Further, the resistance system consists of a 50 cm diameter extruded PU Fan-Wheel with 12 Vanes and a sealed 20-Roller Freewheel Bearing. It also includes an integrated tension Band Drum assembly.
The sleek and smart Beny Motive Fitness Rtx-08 Rowing Machine provides you a speed proportionate (Air) with high resistance extra strong return chord and additional monitor powered, servo motor featuring a stepless tension control with tension band resistance. The Row arm is a single formed 38 mm bar with high density foam padded grips while the footplates is a fixed angle, oversize steel plate with multi position adjustable full-shoe and unique Velcro style foot straps.
Among various fitness rowers this machine additionaly consists of a exercise monitor with 10 functions that displays the calories burnt, lap count (500m), Distance (KM), Expected Time (500m Distances), ODO (Total Distance), Speed (km/h), Pulse (via RF Chest Band Supplied), RPM (Fan Revolutions per Minute), Stroke Rate and Time (Minutes and Seconds). It provides you 8 preset training programs that include heart rate control with 8 resistance levels. The maximum user weight it can withstand is 120 kg.
