The strong and stable design with well engineered frame has fully auto controlled magnetic resistance system. It has computer push buttons for easy settings.
It has pivoting heel supports for the angles. 15 auto controlled programs, pacer and interval programs, 3 heart rate control programs and heart rate recovery programs are also ensured in it. Watt dependant programs, 4 users preset programs and facility for data storage of up to 4 people heighten the viability of it. Built-in chest band receiver and LED backlight optional are unique characteristics to this smart LifeCore Fitness R100 APM Air Magnetic Rowing Machine. It has 15 training programs included. The maximum user weight permitted is 600 lbs.
