The new Tunturi R30 Rower has an inbuilt heart rate receiver and it has a LCD monochrome display which shows speed, strokes/min, energy consumption, distance, time, heart rate (via chest strap), room temperature, humidity % and clock. Manual training programs are included and the seat movement length is 95cm. It has a manually adjustable permanent magnet step less resistance system with 10 resistance levels and the power supply are from console batteries. Flexible footrests which are integrated on the front cover are added and the dimensions are (L) 203cm x (W) 48cm x (H) 48cm.
Weighing 38kg the possible maximum user weight is 135kg.
